Doesn't look like the picture at all

I ordered this and got the fluted one. I called the customer service asking for the straight muffin cup(the one on the picture) since it was the one I needed and is the reason I wanted to buy this. They did reorder it for me with no charge but to my dismay I still received the fluted one. I did research for the orka straight muffin cup and found it on the orka website, now I wonder why amazon keep sending me the wrong one

As you can see by the picture I uploaded, the cups received did not match what is shown for this item. I ordered directly from Amazon, not an outside vendor. Interesting that the insert in the packaging shows smooth cups, but the cups inside the clear plastic packaging are the fluted style. Going by the experience of the previous reviewer who tried twice to receive the correct item...I will just return these for a refund and look elsewhere for the smooth sided cups that I want.

Luv it! Luv it! I wanted cupcakes for a 4th of July party. I saw these Blue Celebrate Wilton ColorCups at a Michaels store, and found the design perfect for the party. But I was truly pleased to find that after baking the cupcakes, the ColorCups had retained their bright color! Next I tried a zebra stripe pattern in the ColorCups for my grandson's party. Yea! Again, the Wilton ColorCups retained their bright color. At last, no more wet looking faded paper around my cupcakes! A much better presentation. Amazon has the better selection of colors, but I can't wait until Wilton comes out with an even larger choice of colors and patterns. I will never use the old paper baking cups again.
